Something as simple as choosing an outfit could turn into a stressful ordeal—trying on countless items, only to buy more than I needed “just in case.”

Over time, I realized that indecision wasn’t just frustrating—it was draining my energy and holding me back. The turning point came when I learned that highly successful people make decisions quickly and rarely change them. From that moment, I committed to becoming a better decision-maker.

For medium to major decisions, set a firm deadline. For example, commit to deciding by a specific date or time. This creates urgency and keeps you focused. For smaller choices, set even shorter timeframes—minutes or hours instead of days.

Engage Your Intuition
Trusting yourself is essential to confident decision-making. By developing your intuition, you’ll connect with your inner guidance and make choices that align with your values and goals. One of the things I teach is how to tune into your intuition as a decision-making tool—it’s transformative.

Overcome Analysis Paralysis
