Answering the Call of Spring

Happy Spring! Tis the time for transformation; from cold weather to warmth, from dreary grey days to bright light and rainbows, and the new growth in our gardens. There is a makeover of your environment and with ease and flow, you experience longer days as you come out of hibernation.

Unbounded potential and renewal are occurring all around you. The transformative energy is palpable in the emerging growth from seeds to leaves and flowers. The beginning of life, the renewal of beings, and the excitement of a thriving life.

Shed the past

Some of us celebrate the new season with spring cleaning, shedding of the old, and freeing ourselves of the clutter to a renewed fresh space. And now with the Covid 19 restrictions loosening, you can celebrate community by visiting friends and family and enjoying functions missed in these previous years.

Watch or play the game of life?

And amongst all the newness and birth, what are you called to do or become with the universal birth surrounding you? Are you called to stand by and watch it all, or to participate in the dance of life? This is the time! There is no other time, you have been sitting on the sidelines under the covers of Covid19. Life is meant to be lived, right? How are you honoring your life?

Time to be real with yourself

Have your dreams and goals gone to the waist side because you are:

“Too busy” taking care of others?

Ignoring your inner voice?

Think you are not good enough?

Don’t want to disappoint yourself because you think you will fail?

Afraid to begin and take a step, and keep the momentum?

It is Time to honor Life

Give yourself permission to say yes to the call of spring and follow your life’s nudges, this is your call to spring into action. The Spring that is happening all around you lives within you.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
